Raw material
PE or PP pellets, recycled content and masterbatch are mixed at the dosing station.
Film blowing
Pellets become film: mono, ABA or multi-layer co-extrusion with IBC.
Printing
Flexo or gravure adds brand and product information, in line or off line.
Bag making
Film becomes finished bags: sealing, cutting, punching and stacking.
Recycling
Edge trim and scrap return to pellets for the same line — closed loop.
