Home/Production Lines/T-Shirt Bag Production Line
Production line
From PE pellets to finished T-shirt and vest bags: film extrusion, optional flexo printing and high-speed bag making in one sized line.
Stage
Stage 01 — Film blowing
Single or three-layer film from 35 to 120 kg/h with folded widths from 100 to 1,200 mm — choose by daily bag volume.

Stage 02 — Printing
Up to 6 colors at 950 mm print width, in line with bag making or as a separate pass.

Stage 03 — Bag making
(60–120) × 2 bags/min with automatic punching and stacking, up to 4/6 lanes on the high-speed model.

Stage 04 — Recycling
Edge trim and start-up scrap back to pellets at 150–500 kg/h for a closed loop.

Capacity example
Sample sizing from published machine specs. Exact output depends on material, width and configuration — confirmed in the proposal.
| Parameter | Details |
|---|---|
| Film output | 35 – 120 kg/h |
| Print speed | 10 – 120 m/min |
| Bag speed | (60–120) × 2 bags/min · up to 4/6 lanes |
| Recycling output | 150 – 500 kg/h |
T-shirt film scrap is single-grade PE, so closed-loop regrind keeps pellet quality stable. The granulator is sized to the film line's edge trim and start-up waste.
Line questions
By daily bag volume: mini and monolayer lines for starter output, ABA for recycled fillers, and wider single-layer lines for high volume. Folded width from 100 to 1,200 mm.
Yes — 4 or 6-color stack flexo at 950 mm print width, in line with bag making or as a separate pass.
550–1,150 mm bag width and 700–1,800 mm length on the standard model; 180–320 mm on the double-lane DFR.
(60–120) × 2 bags/min on the standard model with up to 4/6 lanes; the DFR runs 100–300 bags/min per lane.
Yes — installation, commissioning, operator training and 24/7 support cover every stage of the line.
