Four-color stack flexo press

YTL 41000 Four-Color
Flexo Printing Machine

A dependable four-color stack flexo press for non-woven, paper and film printing — with double unwind, double rewind and helical gear drive.

Product overview

Four colors,
built for non-woven & film

The YTL 41000 is a four-color stack-type flexo printing machine designed for converters printing non-woven bags, paper packaging and flexible films. It prints non-woven fabric (15–120 g), paper (15–350 g/m²), PVC, OPP, BOPP, PE, NY, PET and CPP films at 10–70 m/min, with a 950 mm print width.

The press comes with a double unwinder and double rewinder, each with auto tension and air shafts, plus an automatic EPC web guide. Its printing unit uses metal anilox rollers, corrosion-resistant rubber rollers and chrome plated rollers with a printing cylinder; a ceramic anilox roller with a single doctor blade is available as an option for finer ink control.

Drive and reliability are the focus of this model: helical gear plus belt drive runs quietly and holds register at ±0.25 mm, NSK bearings are used throughout, and the printing roller bases and all gears receive a phosphating anti-rust treatment. A 20 kW drying system with top circulation drying box and station dryers keeps ink set at speed.

Standard electricals use a Siemens main motor with a Delta inverter, Omron relays and temperature controller, CHNT contactors and breakers, and Schneider buttons — a practical, easy-to-maintain specification for daily production.

Working principle

How the YTL 41000
prints your web

A straightforward stack layout: unwind, print through four stations, dry, rewind — with controls that keep register stable on long runs.

Step 01 — Unwind

Double roll stand, steady tension

Two unwind positions with air shafts and auto tension (magnetic powder with fan) let operators load the next roll without stopping. The automatic EPC web guide keeps the web centered before printing.

Step 02 — Print

Four stations, one stack

Each color station transfers ink from the metal anilox roller to the plate on the printing cylinder, with the chrome plated roller supporting the web. Corrosion-resistant rubber rollers keep contact stable on non-woven and film.

Step 03 — Drive

Helical gears plus belt drive

Helical gears and belt drive turn all stations in synchronization. NSK bearings and phosphated, antirust-treated gear bases keep the drive quiet and precise over long shifts.

Step 04 — Dry

Set the ink between stations

A 20 kW system blows first and then heats — a top circulation drying box plus per-station dryers — so water-based inks stay sharp without slowing the line.

Step 05 — Register

Manual register, ±0.25 mm precision

Register is adjusted manually per station with pneumatic roller adjustment. For customers who want automated color control, a ceramic anilox with doctor blade and motor register upgrade is available.

Step 06 — Rewind

Double rewind keeps production flowing

Two rewind positions with magnetic powder tension collect finished printed rolls, ready for bag making, lamination or slitting.

Price & quotation

Price on request — factory-direct

Every YTL 41000 Four-Color Flexo Printing Machine is built to your configuration, so the final price depends on the options you choose. The main price drivers are:

  • Machine width and output — wider and faster configurations cost more.
  • Layer, color or sealing-lane count.
  • Automation level — servo drives, automatic features and PLC control.
  • Certification and market adaptation — CE, EAC, 220V/60Hz or 380V/50Hz.
  • Shipping terms — FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF or door-to-door, plus installation and training.

Frequently asked
questions

How much does this machine cost?

Factory-direct pricing depends on your configuration — width, output, layer or color count and automation level. Send us your target specs and we confirm an exact price within one business day.

What affects the price of this machine?

The main price drivers are machine size and output, number of layers or colors, servo versus stepper drives, automation features, certifications (CE/EAC), voltage adaptation, and shipping and installation terms.

What materials can the YTL 41000 print?

The YTL 41000 prints non-woven fabric (15–120 g), paper (15–350 g/m²), PVC, OPP, BOPP, PE, NY, PET and CPP films. It is especially popular for non-woven bag printing.

How many colors does the YTL 41000 support?

Four color stations with flexible splits: 4+0, 3+1 or 2+2. One side or two sides can be printed in a single pass.

What is the printing speed of the YTL 41000?

Material printing speed is 10–70 m/min (mechanical speed up to 100 m/min), with overprint precision of ±0.25 mm.

Which plates and print lengths are supported?

It accepts resin plates of 1.14/1.7/2.28/2.54/2.94 mm and rubber plates of 3.94 mm. Print length range is 220–1000 mm, with one 400 mm printing cylinder set included.

Can the machine run with a ceramic anilox and doctor blade?

Yes. The standard printing unit uses metal anilox rollers and rubber rollers; a ceramic anilox roller with a single doctor blade is available as an option.

Is the YTL 41000 CE certified and supported?

Yes. E-SHION machinery is assessed to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, and every line includes installation, training and 24/7 technical support.
