Closed-loop recycling
Garbage bag film tolerates recycled content well. Edge trim and start-up scrap are reground and fed back at a controlled ratio, cutting material cost directly.

What film is used for garbage bags?
HDPE and LDPE film, usually with a recycled or filled middle layer on ABA lines. Thickness typically 0.008–0.03 mm for retail refuse bags.
What bag sizes are possible?
Up to 800 mm open bag width on the DR machine; length is set by the cutting program.
How fast is the bag machine?
70–150 bags/min depending on bag size and film thickness.
Can I print on garbage bags?
Yes — 1 to 4 colors with the YTL flexo press, in line or as a separate pass.
Why is recycling recommended?
Garbage bag film accepts a high share of regrind, so the granulator pays back quickly and reduces raw material cost.
