Home/Production Lines/Garbage Bag Production Line
Production line
ABA or three-layer film, optional printing and a high-speed garbage bag machine — with the granulator that makes the loop profitable.
Stage
Stage 01 — Film blowing
ABA co-extrusion lets you use recycled filler in the middle layer; IBC adds output and gauge control.

Stage 02 — Printing
One to four colors for drawstring and printed refuse bags.

Stage 03 — Bag making
70–150 bags/min, up to 800 mm open width, for thin-film drawstring and refuse bags.

Stage 04 — Recycling
Closed-loop is the core of a garbage bag line — scrap grade is forgiving and regrind economics are direct.

Capacity example
Sample sizing from published machine specs. Exact output depends on material, width and configuration — confirmed in the proposal.
| Parameter | Details |
|---|---|
| Film output | 40 – 500 kg/h |
| Print speed | 10 – 70 m/min |
| Bag speed | 70 – 150 bags/min |
| Recycling output | 150 – 500 kg/h |
Garbage bag film tolerates recycled content well. Edge trim and start-up scrap are reground and fed back at a controlled ratio, cutting material cost directly.
Line questions
HDPE and LDPE film, usually with a recycled or filled middle layer on ABA lines. Thickness typically 0.008–0.03 mm for retail refuse bags.
Up to 800 mm open bag width on the DR machine; length is set by the cutting program.
70–150 bags/min depending on bag size and film thickness.
Yes — 1 to 4 colors with the YTL flexo press, in line or as a separate pass.
Garbage bag film accepts a high share of regrind, so the granulator pays back quickly and reduces raw material cost.
