The ES-L-500X2 is a high-speed double-lines machine for rolled star-sealing flat garbage bags (octagonal-fold bags). Two lanes run in parallel, so two finished rolls are produced at the same time from one wide film.
Film unwinding, web correction, double-track folding, hot sealing, cutting, core winding and optional label attachment are fully automatic. PLC and a 7-inch touch screen control the line; servo length control and Panasonic photoelectric tracking keep bag size accurate at speed.

Why is the star sealing stronger?
The bag bottom is formed with a star-shaped (octagonal-fold) seal instead of a single straight seam. The seal distributes stress across the folded layers, so the bag holds heavier loads without the bottom splitting - and the finished rolls stay compact for retail and home use.
