Step 01 — Material Unwinding

Film Loading and Tension Control

Rolled plastic film (BOPP, CPP, or PE, 30-50 micron) is mounted on the heavy-duty unwinding rack. Brake tension control regulates feed pressure to ensure smooth, wrinkle-free film progression into the processing line.

Step 02 — Pattern Alignment

Servo Tracking System

A PLC-integrated color mark tracking servo system detects printed marks on the film to maintain accurate pattern registration. This mechanism adjusts film position dynamically, ensuring precise alignment for branded floral designs during continuous operation.

Step 03 — Bag Formation

Tapered Sleeve Shaping

The film is guided through forming rollers to construct tapered sleeves with a maximum width of 800mm. Edge sealing units fuse the material sides together to create the bag structure while the bag length remains adjustable per customer specifications.

Step 04 — Cutting and Output

Precision Cutting and Discharge

The machine cuts sealed sleeves to the set length and discharges finished flower bags at production speeds of 80 to 120 pieces per minute. The automated discharge process delivers consistent output suitable for high-volume packaging lines.
