What is a rotogravure printing machine?
In rotogravure, the image is engraved into a chrome-plated cylinder. The cylinder is flooded with ink, wiped by a doctor blade and pressed against the substrate, so every cell transfers the same volume of ink for dense, repeatable color.

Where gravure earns its cost
Rotogravure's cylinder-based printing gives the sharpest repeats and holds ±0.1 mm registration — a good fit for long, high-colour runs such as printed zipper pouches, premium shopping bags and food packaging film. For shorter runs and quick changeovers, flexo is the more economical choice.
Print-to-cut precision
