YTB-A 61000 Six-Color Stack Flexo Printing Machine
950 mm print width, up to 120 m/min, for paper, film, non-woven and woven PP.
View machine →Definition
A flexo press transfers ink from a flexible plate onto the substrate between an anilox roller and an impression roller. Stack-type presses arrange the color units vertically — compact, cost-effective and well suited to film and paper converting.
E-SHION offers 4-color and 6-color stack presses with 950 mm print width and speeds up to 120 m/min, printing paper, film, non-woven and woven PP with in-line converting options.
Applications
Brand print on PE/PP film before bag making or lamination.
Short and medium runs on paper stocks with precise registration.
Printed carrier bags direct from film rolls.
Bags and sacks with strong, durable print.

Flexo suits shorter runs, flexible packaging and quick changeover; gravure suits long, high-volume runs with the highest color consistency. Many converters run both.
Stack presses are compact and cost-effective for film and paper; CI presses give the best register for extensible film; inline presses combine printing with other converting steps.
Paper, PE/PP film, non-woven and woven PP, with surface treatment where needed.
