Integrating advanced IBC internal bubble cooling technology, precision extrusion control, and fully automated winding system, this upper rotary blown film machine is ideal for producing high-quality LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and EVA films widely used in packaging, agriculture, industrial laminates, and other fields. The three-layer co-extrusion blown film machine adopts a scientific outer/middle/inner three-layer structure with precise material distribution, ensuring optimal film performance for different usage scenarios. Equipped with high-quality extruders (SJ90/30 main + SJ75/30 × 2 auxiliary), the machine features 38CrMoALA alloy nitride steel screws (30:1 L/D ratio) that provide superior plasticizing effect and wear resistance, laying a solid foundation for high-quality film production. Our machines comply with ISO 12100 safety standards and are certified by CE. As a core advantage of this machine, the IBC internal bubble cooling system is equipped with ultrasonic bubble diameter control (±5 mm accuracy), ensuring stable bubble shape and consistent film size. The SJ-3 line is built around five sub-systems: extrusion, die and air ring, internal bubble cooling, haul-off and winder, and electrical control.

01 — Extruder section

Three extruders, one control

  • 1× SJ90/30 + 2× SJ75/30 single-screw extruders, L/D 30:1
