What it is,
what it makes
In the competitive landscape of plastic packaging, performance and reliability are the keys to profitability. The monolayer blown film machine by E-shion Machine is a precision-engineered solution designed for processing HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE resins. This high-performance monolayer blown film extrusion machine is widely utilized for manufacturing liquid packaging, industrial liners, garment bags, and high-strength garbage bags. By integrating advanced alloy components with intelligent control systems, we provide a machine that delivers consistent film thickness and high clarity while minimizing energy consumption. For a full view of our manufacturing capabilities, you can also visit our Made-in-China Showroom. The heart of any extrusion line is the screw and barrel. We utilize high-quality 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, which undergoes a specialized nitrogen treatment and precision grinding process. Thermal stability is critical for film quality. Our machines are equipped with digital PID temperature controllers paired with SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power modules. Efficiency begins with the drive system. E-shion’s monolayer blown film extrusion machine features a high-torque, direct-connection gearbox. Our machinery serves as the backbone for various plastic production sectors. The films produced are ideal for: To ensure your monolayer blown film machine runs at peak performance for years, we recommend: As a certified supplier on Made-in-China.com, E-shion Machine is committed to durability and customer success. Working principle
How the line
turns resin into film
From pellet to roll in five continuous stages — the monolayer line is the simplest and most economical way to produce single-layer film.
Choose the resin
The line processes HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE pellets. Standard configurations cover screw diameters from 50 mm to 65 mm (models SJ-50/FM600 to SJ-65/FM1200), sized to your daily output.
Heat and plasticize in the barrel
The screw and barrel are made from 38CrMoAlA alloy steel with nitrogen treatment and precision grinding. Digital PID temperature controllers with SCR power modules keep thermal stability tight, so melt quality stays consistent.
Extrude through the die and air ring
Melt is pushed through the annular die by a high-torque, direct-connection gearbox, then inflated by air into a bubble. The air ring cools the film as it forms, setting gauge and clarity.
Flatten and collect the film
The bubble is collapsed and wound into rolls at 600–1200 mm folding width, in film thickness from 0.008 to 0.10 mm, with output from 30 kg/h to 120 kg/h depending on the model.
Turn rolls into finished products
Film rolls move directly to bag making machines for garment bags or garbage bags, or to flexo/gravure presses for printed packaging. One E-SHION line can cover extrusion through conversion.
Where monolayer film is the right choice
Liquid packaging, industrial liners, garment bags and high-strength garbage bags — applications where single-layer film meets the requirement at the lowest cost per bag.

Buyers ask
Frequently asked
questions
How much does this machine cost?
Factory-direct pricing depends on your configuration — width, output, layer or color count and automation level. Send us your target specs and we confirm an exact price within one business day.
What affects the price of this machine?
The main price drivers are machine size and output, number of layers or colors, servo versus stepper drives, automation features, certifications (CE/EAC), voltage adaptation, and shipping and installation terms.
What film width and thickness can this machine produce?
The line handles the width and thickness range shown in the spec sheet — typically 600–1200 mm folding width and 0.008–0.10 mm thickness, depending on the model. The exact range for your configuration is confirmed in the proposal.
What materials does it process?
Standard blown film lines process LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, MDPE and EVA; multi-layer models also run PA and EVOH barrier layers for high-barrier packaging film.
How long is delivery?
Typical delivery is 15–30 days from order confirmation, depending on the configuration and current production schedule. We confirm the exact lead time in the quotation.
Is the machine CE certified?
Yes. Our machinery is assessed to the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. The certificate of conformity is provided with the machine.
Can the line be customized?
Yes — film width, output, layer structure, die diameter and automation level are all configurable. Tell us your material and daily output target and we will size the line around it.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Our engineers supervise installation and commissioning on site, run the first production trials and train your operators — on-site or remotely.
