What is a mono-layer blown film machine?
A single-layer blown film line uses one extruder to melt polymer, forms a film bubble through the die and air ring, then cools, collapses and winds the film. It is the simplest and most common line for carrier bags, produce bags and general packaging film.

Which materials can be processed?
HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE film. The SJ-FM-45 is set up for HDPE/LDPE; the larger SJ models run the same resin family.
What film widths are available?
Folded widths from 100–800 mm on the SJ-FM-45 up to 600, 800, 1,000 or 1,200 mm on the SJ-50 to SJ-65 models.
What is the output range?
From 35–50 kg/h on the SJ-FM-45 up to 50–120 kg/h on the SJ-65/FM1200, depending on film width and thickness.
What film thickness can be produced?
0.01–0.12 mm on the SJ-FM-45 and 0.008–0.10 mm on the SJ-50 to SJ-65 models.
