Line questions

Line questions

What film thickness does a heavy duty line run?

0.01–0.30 mm, depending on the bag: industrial sacks, mattress covers and quilt packaging.

Which bag machines fit?

The heavy duty machine for thick-film sacks at 30–120 bags/min, and the HF BOPP machine for round-bottom bags at up to 240 bags/min.

Can heavy duty bags be printed?

Yes — 6-color stack flexo or 8-color gravure for strong brand coverage.

Is BOPP film an option?

Yes — the HF machine is built for BOPP round-bottom bags.

How does recycling work for thick film?

Thick-film edge trim and purge are reground and re-fed into the core layer; the granulator handles 150–500 kg/h.
