500 kg/h IBC output or ABA with a recycled core for cost-efficient heavy film.


Stage 02 — Printing
6–8 colors for brand-heavy industrial bags.


Stage 03 — Bag making
30–120 bags/min for thick-film sacks; HF BOPP at up to 240 bags/min for round-bottom bags.


Stage 04 — Recycling
Thick-film scrap back to pellets for closed-loop reuse.

Heavy film scrap is high-value PE/PP — regrind can be re-fed into the core layer at a controlled ratio, cutting material cost per bag.
