Product overview
What it is,
what it makes
Our high-performance BOPP Bag Making Machine meets diverse packaging needs, widely serving the textile, food, and daily necessities industries. To understand its robust capabilities, review the core technical parameters. This bag making machine is available in multiple models (DRW 600 / 800 / 1000 / 1200) to suit various production scales. It handles a maximum bag width from 50 to 990 mm and a maximum bag length from 10 to 1150 mm, accommodating a wide range of product sizes. The machine processes films with a bag thickness of 0.01 to 0.10 mm. Most impressively, it achieves speeds of up to 240 bags per minute (depending on bag size), ensuring high-volume output. Total power consumption is 5.5 kW. With a substantial weight of 1500 kg and dimensions of 3300 x 1700 x 1700 mm, the machine offers a solid and stable industrial build. Advanced Intelligent ControlThe machine adopts a micro-computer control system, equipped with a stepping motor for material pulling (servo motor control is optional). This ensures stable material feeding and accurate bag forming, laying the foundation for high-quality production. Accurate Length Fixing & Photocell TrackingIt supports random length setting, with step-length photocell tracking for accurate and stable positioning. If the target label is lost, the machine stops automatically, avoiding material waste and ensuring consistent product specifications. Multi-functional Automatic DesignMultiple automatic devices are integrated, including a double-sided adhesive fixing device, an automatic puncher, and an automatic counter. These greatly reduce

How it works
How it works,
step by step
Film Preparation
Load BOPP film rolls with a thickness ranging from 0.01 to 0.10 mm into the unwinding system. Adjust the lateral guides to set the bag width within the adjustable range of 50 to 990 mm according to the required product specifications.
Tube Formation
Guide the film through the forming collar to create a continuous circular tube structure. Configure the longitudinal seal to maintain tube integrity while setting the target bag length between 10 and 1150 mm.
Sealing and Cutting
Activate the transverse sealing and cutting unit to form and separate individual bags from the tube. The machine achieves production speeds of up to 240 bags per minute, depending on the selected bag size and model configuration (DRW 600/800/1000/1200).
Operational Output
Discharge finished bags while the system operates with a total power consumption of 5.5 kW. The 1500 kg machine weight ensures structural stability during high-volume cycles, maintaining consistent performance across textile, food, and daily necessities packaging applications.

Frequently asked
questions
How much does this machine cost?
Factory-direct pricing depends on your configuration — width, output, layer or color count and automation level. Send us your target specs and we confirm an exact price within one business day.
What affects the price of this machine?
The main price drivers are machine size and output, number of layers or colors, servo versus stepper drives, automation features, certifications (CE/EAC), voltage adaptation, and shipping and installation terms.
What bag sizes can this machine produce?
Bag size ranges are listed in the spec sheet — typically up to the width and length shown for the model. The machine is adjusted for your bag dimensions during commissioning.
What is the production speed?
Speed is shown in the spec sheet (cycles per minute). Actual output depends on bag size and film material; daily output estimates are included in the quotation.
How long is delivery?
Typical delivery is 15–30 days from order confirmation, depending on the configuration and current production schedule. We confirm the exact lead time in the quotation.
Is the machine CE certified?
Yes. Our machinery is assessed to the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. The certificate of conformity is provided with the machine.
Can it run different bag types?
Each model is built for a specific bag family (T-shirt, zipper, garment, garbage, side-seal, etc.). If you produce multiple bag types, tell us your mix and we will recommend the right machine or line.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Our engineers supervise installation and commissioning on site, run the first production trials and train your operators — on-site or remotely.
