Step 01 — Material Feeding

Servo-Controlled Film Loading

Raw PE tubular or thickened plastic films are mounted on the unwind shaft and advanced through the system via a precision servo motor drive. Automatic tension regulation ensures steady feed rates while accommodating film thicknesses between 0.01 and 0.30 mm.

Step 02 — Dimension Programming

PLC-Based Size Configuration

Operators input target measurements directly into the touch-screen PLC interface to set bag widths from 550 mm to 1150 mm and lengths up to 1500 mm. The control system synchronizes mechanical actuators to maintain exact dimensional tolerances throughout the run.

Step 03 — Sealing and Cutting

Automated Edge Fusion and Separation

Heated sealing bars press and melt the film edges to form permanent seams before a synchronized cutter divides the continuous web into individual units. This cycle repeats at adjustable production speeds ranging from 30 to 120 bags per minute.

Step 04 — Output and Collection

Stable Discharge and Stacking

Completed bags are guided off the main frame and collected in a designated discharge zone for manual or automated bundling. The machine’s 2000 kg mass and 3000 x 1800 x 1200 mm footprint provide structural rigidity to minimize vibration during continuous high-speed operation.

The ES-L800MM is designed for non-stretch bag production from thickened tubular films. Touch-screen PLC control with servo feeding keeps cut length accurate and stable; three heating systems (hot knife, both knife ends and heated base) seal thick film cleanly without sticking or scorching.
