Subcategory · Closed-loop recycling
Turn film scrap back into usable pellets: edge trim, start-up waste and rejected rolls go through the granulating line and return to the blown film process. E-SHION builds the SJ100–SJ150 range from 150 to 500 kg/h.
Definition
A film recycling line collects in-plant scrap, cuts and feeds it into a granulating extruder, then cools and cuts the melt into uniform pellets. The pellets are blended back into new film production — the simplest closed loop for a bag or film plant.

Process
Edge trim and waste film are collected and reduced to a feedable size.
The SJ granulator melts the material through a filtered extruder screw.
The melt is cooled into strands or die-cut pellets with consistent size.
Pellets are blended back into the film line — blend ratios are confirmed with our engineers for your film recipe.

Recycling edge trim and start-up waste back into the film line.
Turning rejected rolls and bag offcuts into reusable pellets.
Recycling printed and laminated film scrap (washing may be required).
Producing pellets for garbage bags and general packaging film.
See the complete loop on the Closed-Loop Recycling Lines page.
How to choose
Daily edge trim and waste volume decides the machine size — from 150 kg/h up to 500 kg/h.
Film-reuse pellets need cleaner feed and stable extrusion; confirm whether washing is required.
Position the granulator near the film line and decide the blend ratio with our engineers.
Buyers ask
Yes — recycled pellets are commonly blended back into film for bags and general packaging. The blend ratio depends on your film recipe and final product; confirm it with our engineers.
From 150–200 kg/h on the SJ100 up to 450–500 kg/h on the SJ150.
Clean in-plant edge trim can be granulated directly. Heavily contaminated or printed film may need washing before pelletizing.
Main motor from 30 kW (SJ100) to 90 kW (SJ150); check your site power with our engineers.
Garbage bags and general packaging film are typical end products for recycled PE pellets.
