Six-color stack flexo press

YTB-A 61000 Six-Color
Stack Flexo Printing Machine

A high-speed stack-type flexographic press for paper, film, non-woven and woven PP packaging — 950 mm print width with hydraulic register control.

Product overview

Six colors,
one clean pass

The YTB-A 61000 is a six-color stack-type flexo printing machine built for packaging converters who need consistent color on short and medium runs. It prints on paper (17–350 g/m²), non-woven fabric, PVC, OPP, BOPP, PE, NY, PET and CPP films, as well as woven PP from 0.01 to 5 mm — one line covering most flexible packaging substrates.

The press uses a synchronous belt drive with all gears mounted outside the machine base. That leaves more space inside the ink tray area, allows faster printing, and keeps ink from flying out at speed. Every color station is fitted with a ceramic anilox roller, a Teflon-treated chamber doctor blade, a printing cylinder and a chromed bottom roller (dia. 165 mm).

Register is controlled by motor/PLC with video inspection: each station has 4 hydraulic cylinders that move the printing cylinder and anilox roller horizontally in and out when the machine starts and stops, plus 4 more for automatic plate lock and loosening — 48 hydraulic cylinders in total. Overprint precision is ±0.2 mm, and the hoist/crane set is included for loading and unloading printing cylinders.

Standard automation includes an auto-tension unwinder with ultrasonic EPC, pneumatic auto loading and an air shaft, an auto-unloading rewinder with a banana roller, and a 25 kW drying system that blows first and then heats, with station dryers plus a central dry box. Water-based or solvent inks can be used.

Working principle

How a stack flexo
printing press works

A stack-type flexo press stacks its color stations vertically around a common web path — compact, easy to access, and simple to re-configure for new jobs.

Step 01 — Unwind & tension

Feed the web straight and steady

The roll is loaded pneumatically on an air shaft. Auto tension with magnetic powder keeps web pull constant, and an ultrasonic EPC guide centers the web before the first station.

Step 02 — Printing stations

Stacked color units, one pass

Each of the six stations applies one color: the ceramic anilox roller meters ink, the chamber doctor blade controls the film thickness, the plate cylinder transfers the image, and the chromed bottom roller supports the web.

Step 03 — Hydraulic control

Engage and disengage at every start

On start and stop, hydraulic cylinders move each printing cylinder and anilox roller horizontally in and out, and lock the plates automatically — so setup is faster and the plate is protected.

Step 04 — Drying

Dry between stations

A 25 kW system blows first and then heats, with drying at each printing station plus a central dry box. Water-based or solvent inks dry reliably at full line speed.

Step 05 — Register & inspection

Hold color to ±0.2 mm

Motor/PLC register control adjusts up-down and left-right on each station, and the video inspection camera monitors print quality inline — catching drift before it becomes waste.

Step 06 — Rewind

Finished rolls, ready for converting

The auto-unloading rewinder keeps tension with a magnetic powder brake and a banana roller prevents wrinkles. Rolls move straight to bag making or lamination.

Price & quotation

Price on request — factory-direct

Every YTB-A 61000 Six-Color Stack Flexo Printing Machine is built to your configuration, so the final price depends on the options you choose. The main price drivers are:

  • Machine width and output — wider and faster configurations cost more.
  • Layer, color or sealing-lane count.
  • Automation level — servo drives, automatic features and PLC control.
  • Certification and market adaptation — CE, EAC, 220V/60Hz or 380V/50Hz.
  • Shipping terms — FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF or door-to-door, plus installation and training.

Frequently asked
questions

How much does this machine cost?

Factory-direct pricing depends on your configuration — width, output, layer or color count and automation level. Send us your target specs and we confirm an exact price within one business day.

What affects the price of this machine?

The main price drivers are machine size and output, number of layers or colors, servo versus stepper drives, automation features, certifications (CE/EAC), voltage adaptation, and shipping and installation terms.

What materials can the YTB-A 61000 print?

The YTB-A 61000 prints paper (17–350 g/m²), non-woven fabric (15–120 g), PVC, OPP, BOPP, PE, NY, PET and CPP films, plus woven PP from 0.01 to 5 mm. Final speed and settings are matched to the substrate.

How many colors does the YTB-A 61000 support?

The machine has 6 color stations with flexible color splits: 6+0, 5+1, 4+2 or 3+3, so it can print one side or two sides in one pass.

What printing speed can this flexo press reach?

Printing speed is 10–120 m/min depending on material, substrate thickness and ink drying. Register precision is ±0.2 mm.

Which plates and print lengths are supported?

It accepts resin plates of 1.14/1.7/2.28/2.54/2.94 mm and rubber plates of 3.94 mm. Print length range is 280–1200 mm, with one 400 mm printing cylinder set included.

Does the machine run water-based or solvent ink?

Both. The press works with water-based and solvent inks, using chamber doctor blades and ceramic anilox rollers for controlled ink transfer.

Is the YTB-A 61000 CE certified and supported?

Yes. E-SHION machinery is assessed to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, and every line includes installation, training and 24/7 technical support.
