step by step
Polymer Extrusion
Raw materials such as LDPE, HDPE, or LLDPE are fed into the extruder driven by a Φ50 mm screw, which melts and conveys the polymer using a main power of 11 kW. The compact design fits within dimensions of 2.14 x 1.6 x 2.3 meters, allowing installation in small workshops without requiring extensive floor space.
Thermal Regulation
Digital PID temperature controllers monitor and adjust heating zones to maintain precise melt temperatures, ensuring consistent viscosity and preventing thermal degradation of the plastic resin. Stable temperature regulation is critical for producing uniform film properties across the entire production run.
Film Blowing
A built-in air compressor inflates the molten polymer through the die to form a tubular bubble, allowing operators to set film widths between 100 and 800 mm folded and thicknesses from 0.01 to 0.12 mm. The inflation process creates the necessary biaxial orientation for durable packaging films like vest-type bags.
Continuous Winding
The dual-station single winder enables continuous operation by automatically switching spools, supporting maximum outputs of 35 to 50 kg/h with minimal interruption. This winding mechanism ensures stable tension and efficient take-up, completing the production cycle for flexible packaging applications.
